Your Kizuna does one thing at a time. Pick a mode and install it over Bluetooth — no cable, no drivers. Set the adapter up on Wi-Fi in the app first; it downloads the update itself.
This browser can't use Bluetooth. Web Bluetooth works in Chrome or Edge on desktop, and
Chrome on Android. On an iPhone or iPad, use the Kizuna app to update — Apple doesn't
allow Bluetooth in the browser.
