These terms apply to orders for the Kizuna adapter placed on kizuna.trading.
Pre-orders
Kizuna adapters are sold as pre-orders. You pay when you order, and we ship later. The shipping times shown at checkout are estimates:
- Japan: mid-November 2026
- United States and Canada: end of November 2026
- European Union: end of November 2026
If shipping is delayed significantly past the estimate shown at checkout, contact us and we will give you an updated estimate or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Prices and taxes
Prices shown at checkout are per adapter. Prices for Japan include consumption tax. For orders outside Japan, prices do not include shipping, VAT, GST, import taxes or customs duties. These may be charged by your carrier or by customs when the parcel arrives.
Shipping
Orders ship from Japan. Shipping is charged per order: one fee for the first adapter and a smaller fee for each additional adapter. The total is shown before you pay.
Returns and refunds
You may return the device to us. You pay the cost of return shipping. We refund the price you paid once the returned device has reached us.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law, for example if a device is faulty or not as described.
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships — contact us at support@kizuna.trading. Once an order has shipped, the return policy above applies: we refund the price you paid for the device; the original shipping fee is not refunded.
